The Astra Samui Building A in Bophut, Koh Samui is scheduled for release to all partner agencies on 30 October 2026, according to the developer announcement, 26 Oct 2026. Its prices are not yet known. What apartments are in Building A?

These are the complete building totals from the developer’s floor plans, rather than a list of apartments currently for sale.

The labelled areas run from 26.01 to 73.01 m². Use the area for the exact apartment when comparing plans, and ask what that measurement includes.

The largest group is the 1-bedroom plus. How do the floors and pool access work?

The residential floors are the ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor. Floors follow the European convention; the developer’s plans count the ground floor as 1st floor. Match the apartment number to its plan before comparing floors across documents.

Building A’s plans mark 6 residences with pool/garden access. That describes their layout, not their availability. Ask for confirmation of the access arrangement for the specific unit when its sales details are released. According to the developer: Residences look onto the lagoon pool or the tropical gardens. Check the orientation of the apartment on the building plan rather than assuming that all units of one type face the same way.

Which building should you choose at The Astra Samui?

Building A sits between B and C in total residence count. The practical comparison starts with the apartments that fit your needs, followed by the sales information available for each building.

What should you check when Building A prices are published?

As of 27 October 2026, the site’s published price and availability data dated 26 October cover Building C only. The status of Building A units is unconfirmed in that dataset. A unit shown on a floor plan should not be treated as available to reserve, and a Building C price should not be used as a Building A quote.
