This site is run by Varsovia Estate, sales agent for The Astra Samui. We are a real estate sales team with offices in Thailand and Cambodia, and we work with buyers in Polish and English. On this page: who we are, how we are tied to the project, who you will talk to and how we work.

Who we are
Varsovia Estate sells property in South-East Asia to buyers from Europe and further afield. We have offices on Koh Samui, in Phuket and in Phnom Penh, so the person you speak to knows the island first-hand and can walk the plot with you, rather than just send a link.
On theastrasamui.com we cover one project only. That is deliberate: one development, described in full, with availability and floor plans for each unit, instead of a portal with a thousand listings. Our other projects are on our main website.
How we are connected to The Astra Samui
We are the sales agent for The Astra Samui. The developer is a Thai company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), based in Chiang Mai. It is an award winner at the Dot Property Awards. The developer designs, builds and hands over the apartments. We show you the project, prepare your offer, answer your questions and stay with you through reservation and purchase.
We use the project name, renders, film and logo with the developer’s written permission. Every render is marked as an illustrative visualisation: the building is still under construction, and the final finish may differ.
Prices on this site come from the developer’s price list. The Thai baht price is the binding one; euro and US dollar amounts are estimates at the NBP average exchange rate, always shown with the date.

Step 4: Reserve and buy.
We explain the reservation and each step of the purchase, including the ownership options open to foreign buyers.

Step 5: Furnish.
If you want furniture made to measure, we put you in touch with Livo / Thailand Kitchens (thailandkitchens.com). Connection to us: Varsovia Estate’s furniture partner.
We don’t promise rental returns or future prices, and we won’t rush you with countdowns or invented scarcity. If we don’t know something yet, we say so and come back with the document.

No, we are the sales agent. The project is developed and built by a Thai company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), based in Chiang Mai.
Can I deal with you in English?
Yes. Our advisors work in Polish and English, and everything we prepare for you, including the PDF offer, comes in the language you choose.
Can I meet you in person on Koh Samui?
