Two layouts, A and B
Both layouts put the bedrooms on either side of the living room, so the shared space sits between the two sleeping areas.

How much space you get
The 2-bedroom apartments measure 62–73 m², according to the developer. Each unit has its own area in the price list, and the unit card says exactly what that figure covers.
The plans are for 4 people. Ceiling height is 2.6 m throughout.
If you mostly travel as a couple, the 1-bedroom plus with an extra room or the 1-bedroom apartment may be enough.
Who chooses two bedrooms
- Families and friends travelling together. Two couples, or parents with children, each get a door to close. The living room and balcony stay shared.
