Why two apartments of the same type cost different amounts
Every unit has its own price. Within one type it can depend on the building, the floor and whether the balcony opens straight onto the pool. We will spell out what moves the price once the developer issues the official price list. Until then, each unit card shows the apartment’s building, floor and status.
