There are four types: studios, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom plus and 2-bedroom. A 1-bedroom plus has a bedroom and an extra room you can use as a study, a child’s room or a second sleeping area. Prices are set in Thai baht. Euro and US dollar amounts are estimates at the NBP exchange rate shown next to each price.

How to reserve an apartment

  1. Pick your type. Compare the plans on the type pages, then tell us which apartments interest you. You get a PDF offer for exactly those units, with the floor plans and the current price list.

  2. Talk it through. A Varsovia Estate advisor checks availability with the developer and goes through the plan, the ownership options and the costs with you. Online, or at our office on Koh Samui. We speak English and Polish.

  3. Reserve. You secure the unit with a reservation fee. Your advisor confirms the amount, the refund terms and the payment plan in writing before you pay. The sale and purchase agreement (SPA) comes later.

Can foreigners buy an apartment in The Astra Samui?

Yes, in two ways: foreign freehold or leasehold. The price list shows which form is available for each unit. This is not legal advice; the full process is in our guide on how to buy a condo in Thailand.

Do the apartments have sea views?

Residences look onto the lagoon pool or the tropical gardens. We don’t promise a sea view from any unit. If the view matters to you, ask about a specific apartment before you reserve, and we’ll show you where it sits on the plan. Bophut Beach is about 300 m away and Fisherman’s Village 850 m, both according to the developer.
