Furnishing of The Astra Samui apartments
What comes with your apartment, and how to finish it for letting or for yourself
Every apartment comes with a fitted kitchen, a sofa, a bed, a wardrobe and air-conditioning. On top of that you choose: a Rental Ready package, a fuller Signature Resort package, or furniture made to measure on Koh Samui. Interiors follow the developer’s concept: “The Gulf Navigator”: sea breeze, sunshine and the sailing traditions of the Gulf of Thailand.

Apartments at The Astra Samui come furnished. Based on the developer’s show unit, the standard fit-out covers a fitted kitchen with a stone worktop and induction hob, a sofa and TV unit, a bed frame with drawers and a mattress, a built-in wardrobe, a balcony set, air-conditioning and a fitted bathroom; the sale and purchase agreement confirms the final list. Two optional packages add what a guest or owner needs from day one: Rental Ready (bedding, towels, kitchenware, small appliances, curtains) and Signature Resort (Rental Ready plus resort-style styling, a smart TV and a safe). A third option is made-to-measure furniture from Livo / Thailand Kitchens, which has an office and installation team on Koh Samui.

What every apartment comes with
This is the fit-out you get in every apartment type, from the studio to the 2-bedroom. The list is based on the developer’s show unit:
- kitchen units: cabinets, stone worktop, induction hob and sink
- sofa and TV unit in the living area
- bed frame with drawers and a mattress
- built-in wardrobe
- balcony set: 2 lounge chairs and a small table
- air-conditioning
- water heater and a fully fitted bathroom (vanity unit, mirror, shower)
In every residence: air-conditioning, mattress with pillows and a water heater at the shower.
Based on the show apartment. The final list is confirmed in the sale and purchase agreement.
Storage is built in: the wardrobe and the drawers under the bed leave the floor free (ceiling height: 2.6 m).

Package A:Rental Ready
Rental Ready is for owners who want the apartment ready for guests, or for their own first night, without shopping for sheets and saucepans. In short: everything a guest needs from day one: bed linen and towels, kitchen equipment, small appliances, curtains and basic decor, all durable and easy to maintain.
What goes in depends on the apartment type. Pick yours:
Studio
- 2 sets of bed linen, duvet, 2 pillows and a mattress protector
- table for dining or working, with 2 chairs
- crockery and cutlery for 2, kettle and rice cooker
- 2 sets of towels, bath mat, bathroom accessories and a clothes-drying rack
1-bedroom
- 2 sets of bed linen, duvet, 2 pillows and a mattress protector
- small table with 2 chairs, cushions
- crockery and cutlery for 2–4, kettle and rice cooker
- 2 sets of towels, bath mat, bathroom accessories and a clothes-drying rack
1-bedroom plus
- 2 sets of bed linen, duvet, 2 pillows and a mattress protector
- the extra room: a daybed or sofa with bedding, or a desk and chair
- table with 2–4 chairs; crockery for 4, kettle and rice cooker
- 3 sets of towels, bath mat, bathroom accessories and a clothes-drying rack
2-bedroom
- 2 sets of bed linen per bed, duvets, pillows and mattress protectors
- table with 4 chairs, cushions
- crockery and cutlery for 4–6, kettle, rice cooker and toaster
- 4 sets of towels, 2 bath mats, bathroom accessories and a clothes-drying rack

Package B:Signature Resort
Signature Resort starts with everything in Rental Ready and adds the styling that makes the apartment look finished in photos and feel like a resort room on arrival: package A plus full resort-style dressing: rugs, artwork, lighting, decorative furniture, premium bedding, a styled balcony, smart TV and a safe.

In some types, pool-access apartments get extra outdoor pieces, as listed above. The project has a limited number of ground-floor residences with direct pool access from a private balcony.

Option three: furniture made to measure
Varsovia Estate’s furniture partner
Some buyers would rather plan the interior themselves: a different kitchen, more wardrobe space, a desk built into the plus room, or simply their own style. For that there is Livo / Thailand Kitchens: made-to-measure kitchens, wardrobes and built-in joinery, plus interior styling, whether you plan to let the apartment or live in it. They have an office and installation team on Koh Samui, so measuring, fitting and any later adjustments happen on the island.
Tell us which unit you are looking at and we will send its floor plan with your request, so the quote starts from the real layout. We confirm the installation timing for your unit together with the quote.
This option sits alongside the packages, and you can combine them: a fitted kitchen from Livo and textiles from Rental Ready, for example. We can help you decide which parts make sense.

The Astra Samui brochure
Floor plans for every apartment type, the furnishing list and prices from THB 3,700,000 (about €98,000, NBP average rate of 23 October 2026). Ask for it and an advisor sends it to you.
Questions about furnishing
Is the apartment fully furnished when I get the keys?
It comes with the standard fit-out: kitchen, sofa and TV unit, bed with mattress, wardrobe, balcony set, air-conditioning and a fitted bathroom. Based on the show apartment. The final list is confirmed in the sale and purchase agreement. Bedding, towels and kitchenware come with Rental Ready; the smart TV and safe come with Signature Resort. Which large appliances come with your unit, we confirm in your written offer.
Do I have to buy a furniture package?
No. Both packages are optional. You can keep the standard fit-out, add Rental Ready or Signature Resort, order made-to-measure furniture from Livo / Thailand Kitchens, or mix them.
How much do the packages cost?
Package prices: priced on request by the furnishing partner; installed before handover. We send the quote for your apartment type with your offer; a made-to-measure quote starts from the plan of your unit.
