You get a confirmation with the video link or the meeting place, plus reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before. Tell us your budget and the type you have in mind, and we will have matching units ready.
We start with the location in Bophut, about 300 m from Bophut Beach according to the developer, then move to the site plan and the units that are still free. You will see floor plans of the types you are interested in, prices from the current price list, and the two ways a foreign buyer can own a unit. We will also show you the furnishing options. Usually within a day we send you a PDF offer with the units you discussed, their floor plans and a payment schedule in baht with euro or dollar estimates. Nothing is reserved unless you ask.
Thailand is on UTC+7 all year and never changes its clocks. The calendar does the maths and the confirmation shows both times. A call at 10:00 in London in November is 17:00 in Thailand.
No. The call is free and booking it does not commit you to anything. Afterwards you decide whether you want an offer, a second call or nothing at all.
Not yet: construction is under way. On the call we show the floor plans, the site plan and illustrative visualisations. On Koh Samui you can ask about seeing the plot, and drone photos of the site are in the gallery.
