The studio floor plan
Everything happens in one room. The bed and the sitting and dining area share the space, with the kitchen, the bathroom and the balcony around them. The plan shows where each part sits and how the furniture fits.
How roomy a small apartment feels comes down to details. Here that means ceilings of 2.6 m, a bed frame with drawers and a built-in wardrobe for storage, and a balcony with two lounge chairs and a small table.

Size and who it sleeps
The developer gives the studio as about 26 m² and plans it for 2 people. It is not yet confirmed whether that figure includes the balcony, so treat it as the developer’s stated size until the price list gives the exact area of each unit.
If you need a bedroom with a door, the next size up is the 1-bedroom. For a study or a child’s room, look at the 1-bedroom plus.
Who the studio suits
A studio works for a couple who want their own base on Koh Samui for holidays, or for one person who spends part of the year on the island. Of all the apartments in the building, it is the simplest to furnish, look after and lock up when you fly home.
Some buyers plan to let the studio while they are away. We are happy to explain how letting works in Bophut, but we do not give income figures.
Daily life is close by: about 300 m to Bophut Beach and 850 m to Fisherman’s Village, according to the developer. More in the Bophut location guide.
